With unprecedented access to one of the world's busiest land borders, the series captures the daily challenge of facilitating millions of legitimate crossings while intercepting smugglers, wanted fugitives, illegal contraband, and other cross-border crime.

Season 1
28 bridges cross the notorious Rio Grande between Texas and Mexico, providing a gateway for legitimate goods and a lucrative pipeline for illegal contraband, weapons and drugs. Focus is on the South Texas border, primarily the Laredo ports of entry (Gateway to the Americas, Juárez–Lincoln, World Trade, Colombia–Solidarity and the Laredo Rail Bridge), with additional operations at the Brownsville–Matamoros and Hidalgo–Reynosa crossings.
Season 2

Continues at the established South Texas locations, revisiting Laredo, Brownsville and Hidalgo while adding more coverage of the Colombia-Solidarity and Progreso international bridges.
Season 3
In this third season of Borderforce USA: The Bridges, Customs and Border Protection Officers continue seizing record amounts of illegal drugs entering America from the south while trying to stop the relentless flow of laundered cash, military grade firearms and ammunition heading south that the cartels rely on for their continuing power struggle in the border towns on the Mexico side of the mighty Rio Grande. Remains centred on Laredo but expands its coverage to include the Pharr and Progreso ports of entry alongside the recurring crossings in Laredo.

Follow the work of America's Customs and Border Protection agency, whose job is to protect the US's border and stop terrorists, drugs and illegal weapons from entering the country. Introduces Eagle Pass while continuing to feature the established crossings at Laredo, Brownsville, Hidalgo and Progreso.

Continues to follow operations at the same core Texas border crossings: Laredo, Eagle Pass, Hidalgo, Progreso and Brownsville - with no major new locations introduced.
Season 6
The work of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers policing the international crossings between the United States and Mexico remains the bedrock of the series, while expanding its access to include the northern border with Canada in Detroit (featuring the Ambassador Bridge and Detroit-Windsor Tunnel) and the outbound enforcement team in Eagle Pass, alongside continued operations at Laredo, Juárez-Lincoln Bridge, Progreso and Hidalgo.
Season 7
The seventh season showcases the intense work of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at both the U.S.-Mexico and U.S.-Canada borders. Building on the previous season's expansion, it introduces rare access to the San Ysidro Port of Entry in San Diego; uncovering smuggling operations ranging from drugs and weapons to illegal exports heading into Mexico, while continuing to feature the Detroit crossings and the long-established Texas ports, particularly Laredo.
