However, she became passionate as the training continued. Seol In Ah is shy among the members, but whenever the whistle blows, she turns into a Sports Genius and shows off her amazing talents. Former UFC fighter Kim Dong Hyun appears as the captain of this team, and he invites other legendary athletes to get help training the members.
Season 2
Uee, Park Ju-Hyun, Seol In-ah, and new member Geum Sae-Rok take on a new physical and emotional challenge: boxing. After conquering a triathlon in season 1, the cast returns under the guidance of MMA fighter Kim Dong-Hyun to face grueling training, mental hurdles, and personal growth inside the ring, showcasing the strength and resilience of women stepping far outside their comfort zones.
