Volume 1 is a 4-disk DVD box set that was released by Warner Home Video on October 28, 2003. The first release of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection DVD series, it contains 56 Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons and numerous supplements.
Volume 2
Volume 2 is a DVD box set that was released by Warner Home Video on November 2, 2004. It contains 60 Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons and numerous supplements. Disc #1: Bugs Bunny Masterpieces (All cartoons on this disc star Bugs Bunny). Disc #2: Road Runner and Friends (All cartoons on this disc are directed by Chuck Jones). Disc #3: Tweety and Sylvester and Friends. Disc #4: Looney Tunes All-Stars: On Stage and Screen.
Volume 3
Volume 3 is a DVD box set from Warner Home Video that was released on September 25, 2005. It contains 60 Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies theatrical short subject cartoons, 9 documentaries, 32 commentary tracks from animators and historians, 11 "vintage treasures from the vault", and 11 music-only or music-and-sound-effects audio tracks. Disc 1 - Bugs Bunny Classics (All cartoons on this disc star Bugs Bunny). Disc 2 - Hollywood Caricatures and Parodies. Disc 3 - Porky and the Pigs (All cartoons on this disc star Porky Pig except for Pigs is Pigs, Pigs in a Polka, and the The Windblown Hare). Disc 4 - All-Stars Cartoon Party. The set "is intended for the adult collector" and that it may not be suitable for younger audiences.
Volume 4
Volume 4 was released on November 14, 2006. It is the first Looney Tunes DVD set to feature some cartoons using the modern 1960s Looney Tunes opening and closing sequences. Disc 1 - Bugs Bunny Favorites. Disc 2 - A Dash of Tashlin (All cartoons on this disc are directed by Frank Tashlin). Disc 3 - Speedy Gonzales in a Flash (All cartoons on this disc star Speedy Gonzales). Disc 4 - Kitty Korner.
Volume 5
Volume 5 is a Looney Tunes collection on DVD. Following the pattern of one release each year of the previous volumes, it was released on October 30, 2007. Disc 1: Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Disc 2: Fun-Filled Fairy Tales. Disc 3: Putting a Bob Clampett on It (All cartoons on this disc are directed by Bob Clampett). Disc 4: "The Early Daze" (Every cartoon on this disc is in black-and-white).
Volume 6
Volume 6 is a four-disc DVD box set collection of Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons. Following the pattern of one release each year of the previous volumes, it was released on October 21, 2008. Disc 1: Looney Tunes All-Stars. Disc 2: Patriotic Pals. Disc 3: Bosko, Buddy and Merrie Melodies (All cartoons on this disc are in black-and-white). Disc 4: Most Requested Assorted Nuts and One-Shots (All cartoons on this disc, including bonus cartoons, are one-shots).
